TapAddis provides digital transit wallet, fare payment, crew collection, and kiosk support services.

Depending on the app and account type, TapAddis may collect:

- PIN-protected account credentials
- Wallet balance and wallet activity

- Vehicle, crew, and shift records
- Kiosk top-up and NFC card registration records
- Profile photo if you choose to upload one
- Camera access only when scanning a vehicle QR code
- NFC access for supported phone tap, card registration, and fare collection features

Account Support and Deletion
For account support, correction, suspension, or deletion requests, contact support@tapaddis.com. Some payment, audit, and compliance records may need to be retained even after account closure.
